A journey into Evolutionary Relating for couples

This relational initiation is designed for couples, who have the wish to bring more awareness, authenticity and deeper connection in their relationship.

During these days you will be immersed in the secrets of deeply meaningful romantic partnership.

You will gain practical tools for conscious relating as well as understanding the paradigms of an 'Evolutionary Relationship'. You will be lead deeper into understanding and experiencing the art of relating through theory and embodied expieriences. We focus on practical exercises that you can apply in every day life that will strengthen the bond between you and your partner.

During this couples retreat you will get to EXPERIENCE:

Understanding the dynamics behind conflicts, triggers and relational patterns that play out in your partnership.

Relating from your body instead of your mind to deepen the connection with yourself and your partner.

Learn practices & tools to prevent, resolve & repair conflicts in a practical way that helps you stay empathetic with your partner as well as self-responsible & empowered.

- Conscious communication exercises

- Somatic exercises to create deeper connection

- Finding the meeting point in authenticity and vulnerability

- Relational nervous system regulation and trauma awareness

- Protective mechanisms, shadows and other internal components creating conflicts

- Creating healthier couple dynamics

- Recognizing individual relational patterns as gifts to the partnership

- Conflict resolution practices

- Theory of the principles of an Evolutionary Relationship

ABOUT ROUVEN

Rouven is a relationship & intimacy artist.

Continuously working through his behavioral patterns, relational trauma and partnership experiences since decades left him noticing that Love and the intend for Integrity are his biggest teachers.

Working as relationship counselor for 12 years now he specialized on conscious partnership bringing trauma-sensitivity and bodywork-approaches into the field of relational work. He investigates the relation of the nervous system, needs, trauma, behavioral patterns and upbringing in accordance to dynamics in relationship and partnership. This is the basis for 'Evolutionary Relating' - a conscious and intended way to use the field of relationships as an incubator for personal and cultural growth and development.

Passing on his perspectives, experiences and expertise lead him to be seen as "a guide of the guides, a teacher of teachers, a liver of life and an embodied expression of Love." 

ABOUT IDA

Ida is here to reconnect you to the deep wisdom of your body and your true nature. She perceives herself as a relationship nerd and sees relationships as a possibility for both mutual and individual growth. Ida creates group fields in which our bodies guide us to a place where our hearts can meet, our nervous systems feel safe and all parts of us feel welcome.

She draws inspiration and knowledge from Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Circling, Embodied Intimacy and attachment theory in her work and always leaves room for the unique wisdom of the group to guide her.

This weekend is for any couple, no matter previous experience, gender or age.

All exercises are an invitation. The exercises won't contain nudity or se×uality.

The event will be held in English.

Early Bird until March 31th: 1350€ per couple + 850€ food & accommodation

Regular from April on: 1800€ per couple + 850€ food & accommodation
